Soft Teddy Brows - Non-Refundable Deposit

No Refund Policy: All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once.

Remaining Balance: Must be paid in cash, credit card (a 3% fee applies), or via Zelle.

Guest Policy: No additional guests are allowed inside, except for translators.

Arrival Time: Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling: Changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance, or your deposit will be forfeited.

Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period; arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a no call/no show status, and your deposit will be forfeited.

No Show Policy: Clients who do not show up will be charged 100% of the service fee and will not be permitted to book future appointments with us.

3 DAYS BEFORE:

No Exercise: 

Avoid any physical activity 24 hours leading up to the procedure.

Avoid Blood Thinners:

Refrain from caffeine, tea, energy drinks, aspirin, ibuprofen, alcohol, etc., 48-72 hours prior.

AVOID 4 WEEKS BEFORE:

Tweezing, Threading, and Waxing: 

We want to make the most of your natural hair growth.

Retinol and Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) Products: 

Please refrain from using these (and similar products) until your brows are fully healed.

Brow Dye, Lamination, or Tint:

Ensure these are completely faded before the procedure.

Tanning: Avoid any tanning.

Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Harsh Facials, and Skin Treatments: Stay away from these treatments.

AVOID 2 MONTHS BEFORE:

Botox and Fillers: Do not have any treatments near the brow area.

Cosmetic Enhancements or Surgeries: Avoid any procedures near the brow area.

CLIENTS WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONTRAINDICATIONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A PERMANENT MAKEUP PROCEDURE:

Under 18 Years Old

Pregnant or Breastfeeding

Diseases, Infections, or Transmissible Blood Conditions

Prone to Scarring or Keloids

Skin Issues or Acne in the Brow Area

Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Heart Conditions, or Other Medical Issues That May Affect Healing (Doctor's Note Required)

Any Other Serious Medical Conditions Must Be Approved by a Doctor with Documentation
